Yes, all Sleepnet masks are compatible with the standard 22mm hose connection.

How long do Sleepnet masks last?

Each Sleepnet mask is of the highest quality materials and construction and is expected to last six to twelve months with proper care.

Are Sleepnet masks eligible for reimbursement by my insurance company?

Yes – most insurance plans will cover some or all of the cost of your CPAP equipment. The HCPC billing codes and Medicare’s reimbursement scheduling can be found on Sleepnet’s Insurance page. Does Sleepnet offer a warranty or a guarantee on its masks?

What happens if the power goes out when I'm wearing the Mojo full face mask?

If your positive airway pressure device were to lose power while you were sleeping, the Mojo has an emergency vent that would allow you to breathe room air and get rid of some excess CO2.

Can I still travel with my Sleepnet mask? Camp? Fly?

Absolutely! Your Sleepnet mask can go wherever you go. However, it’s always a good idea to research electrical outlets, power supplies, batteries, adapters, and airline rules for your positive airway pressure machine ahead of time.

Do Sleepnet masks contain latex?

No – Sleepnet’s masks does not contain natural rubber latex.

How do I clean my Sleepnet mask?

We recommend you clean your mask daily by washing the mask and components in warm water with a mild soap and allowing to air dry. Washing the excess oils from your face before putting on your mask will help to extend the life of your Mojo mask. What are the specs for the Mojo Full Face Mask?

The Mojo is available in three sizes (S, M & L) and contains medical grade silicone gel. The Mojo Sizing Guide can be downloaded as a PDF. The small weighs 145 grams and measures 6.5″ x 3.75″ x 4″, the medium weighs 149 grams and measures 6.75″ x 4″ x 4″, and the large weighs 156 grams and measures 7″ x 4.25″ x 4″.

I have facial hair. Can I still use a Mojo Full Face mask?

What do I do if my mask leaks?

A leaking mask is often the sign of a poorly fitted mask or over-tightened headgear. Refer to the Mojo Sizing Guide to confirm that you are using the correct size mask. From there, readjusting the fit of your Mojo Sleepnet mask is easy: while you are lying down and relaxed, simply shape the mask to your face and adjust the headgear straps for a snug, comfortable fit. Can I sleep in any position with my Mojo mask?

Yes, your Sleepnet mask allows you to comfortably rest in your natural sleep position.

Should my mask leave painful marks on my face?

Our CPAP therapy shouldn’t be painful. Lines and sores are often the result of an over-tightened or ill-fitting mask and should be addressed immediately. Sleepnet’s SoftGel minimizes or eliminates these painful marks with only the gel resting against the skin.
